Here's the outline of my individual project on organic farming.
Green Produce is a local green organization which manages a vast farmland in Fanling. People can rent a piece of land and then go there to grow organic food whenever they want to. I'll be going there for a visit and ask these people about why they would go a long way there to farm at weekends instead of resting at home, what they think are the advantages of having organic food, etc….
Hong Kong Organic Farming Association is another local green group which holds weekly organic vegetable fairs in Central. I would be going there to meet the farmers and check out why they choose to grow organic vegetables instead of traditional ones, how their revenue has changed after they started to sell organic vegetables, and whether they think the government or local NGOs are doing enough to improve the public's understanding of the whole notion of organic diet.
