Hi Lily,
Tim has contacted the spokesperson for Caritas Hong Kong and told him that we two will go to his office this Friday afternoon at around 3 p.m. to interview him. The address of his office is 黃大仙東頭村耀東樓8號 (衙前衛村公厠附近). He said we may take a taxi at 黃大仙 MTR station to his office.

I called the spokesperson of Caritas this morning and he told me it's okay to arrange a site visit on 8/3 (Sat) morning or afternoon so that we can visit the site and take pictures of the recycling process. Are you all free on that day?

Hi there,
I know you're going to interview some people from the Green Student Council. I've interviewed Michelle before. They group doesn't have a permanent office so if you're planning to do interviews with them you might have to arrange to do it elsewhere but Michelle is also a HKU student so if you give her a call in advance then I suppose you can easily arrange with her to do it on campus if not at the Caritas event.

Thank you so much for arranging the interview. If possible, it would be best not on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, as I have classes from 4 to 6.

Besides reporting the charitable activities of recycling computers, shall we explain in the sound slides how the recycled computers are used?
Kitty told me that she has a name list of the people and their contacts who are responsible of recycling computers in Hong Kong. I will put them on our page as soon as I get the list.

Sandra just let me know that Caritas Hospital has been recycling computers for some time. She has donated some equipment before and she thinks that they fix up the item and then donate it to poor families. If someone can find out the contact person at Caritas, this would make for a good interview.
The big picture of our project is that the HK gov is setting up this permanent collection points for recycling computer equipment. So it might be good to interview someone from the "Recycling of Computer Equipment" group. Then, we can show photos of an organization (Caritas) that has already been doing this.

I'll send an e-mail (http://www.caritas.org.hk/Caritas_HK/eng/contact_us/contact.asp) to Caritas and see when we can arrange an interview with the spokesperson to give us more details of the computer recycling campaign they've done. I'll let you know their response as soon as I can.

- An individual recycling his/her computer at one of the collection points
- Photos of computer equipment
- Someone taking away the equipment from the collection point
- Photos of where the equipment is taken to (can someone find out where it is taken to and if we can gain access to that location?)
